Wiser Login Issue

Hi all,

We installed a new WHC-5912 on a site. Did a factory default as standard practice.
- Managed to download blank project to unit and access device via Android over Wi-Fi (Wiser2 app) with default username and password.
- We then created new project in PICED 4.15.2, downloaded to the unit without problems, but from here onwards could not manage to access device with Android or PC web browser. It refuses to accept the username/password combination.
- Factory default again, load blank project = able to access device again with username/password combination.
- Manage to change password in Wiser2 app, and then access device again, with blank program still loaded.
-The moment we download the new project to the device, all access via the app / web browser on PC is unsuccessful. Username/Password error.
- After numerous factory defaults and firmware updated to 1.32.4 and later to 1.33.1, the same problem persists. also tried with a different program and PICED 4.14. No luck.
Can anyone assist in pointing us in the right direction, please?

Correction: It's a Wiser WHC2-5918.

 

I know that Clipsal has a list of software versions and a compatibility chart for matching them unless that's gone as well. I do hear about software version problems a lot.

 

Could you explain what you mean by a blank project.
A project has to have at least 1 widget and associated with a Toolkit project.
Also to help support you how would you rate your own understanding of C-Bus and relevant software

 

New project with 1 widgets and assosiated with existing Toolkit project, i.e. valid tag file.
I've been installing C-Bus since 2000.

 

Have you upgraded the firmware in the wiser as there are new password requirements in the latest firmware.
Also when you can login from the app have you regenerated SSL Certificate.

 

Also on the troublesome project check the IP address in project details
