12ch dimmer shows no input...

    Dear friends,
    in our installation, 12channel architectural dimmer shows no input power indication...the 3Phase indicators are not getting lit when we gave the power supply, and the 7segment display is fully lit ( 888 )... only, the channel status indicators on the right hand side lights up... please help us to solve this...

    Sounds like a faulty trigger card to me. Suggest you contact your local sales rep.

    how can we check the parts inside this dimmer ? how about the reset button functions...

    The dimmer contains no user serviceable parts inside. For problems like this I suggest you contact technical support in your country.
