2 x 12 channel units not coming up in toolkit

    I've got a small problem, not sure how to fix it, the toolkit program was working perfect in the past, always connecting to all the units.

    yesterday i added some more lights the system and as i was connected via LAN to the c-bus, somebody pressed a button on a DLT, some how now there are 2 x 12 channal relays that will not come up in toolkit, the unit still works when pressing buttons on DLT's NEO's ect.
    I did play around with learn mode on the units but that didn't do anything

    any ideas?

    for me personally I would do the following

    - Check that the unit with software burden is not the one that is hidden now. Same for clock. Evaluate the burden.

    - Check CBUS network voltage.

    - Check connections to the network/ physically inspect the cabling
