    Hi all
I have a question about 4 zone Thermostat unit.
I arranged Group 180 to Cooling Stage 1 Group.
It is connected A/C via relay unit.

    Question,
I pressed Power ON/OFF button on 4 zone Thermostat unit for power off (not Manul and Program mode).

After that I turned on Group 180 for A/C ON by another unit.

But 4 zone Thermostat unit sent Group 180 OFF command to C-Bus network.
Why was the Group 180 OFF command sent from 4 zone Thermostat unit?
It was disable condition. isn't it?

The thermostat is designed to be the sole plant controller and doesn't like other things doing its job. If you want to control the fan you need to put the thermostat in fan mode and turn the appropriate zone(s) on. If you really want the fan to turn on independent of the thermostat, create a separate group for the switch and use the logic OR function in the output unit.

    Hi Ashley,

Thank you very much for your advice.
I arranged logic in WISER to convert group ID between dummy group and group in the output unit.

    Regards,

If the fan is connected to a wired C-Bus relay unit you are generally better off to use the logic in the relay unit rather than write special logic in a Wiser etc. Create a new group for the switch and select it in the first drop down box on the relay units Logic tab. Then select the channel driving the actual fan and select the OR radio button below it.
