5030URC software

    Hi folks,

    I have a Universal Remote 5030URC and I would like to program it using the PC. My cable (SLC 2080) has arrived from Clipsal but the RemoteComm application does not connect to the remote controller. The CD Clipsal sent me was dated 10/5/2005 so this software seems to be quite old.

    I was able to flash the memory using another piece of software I downloaded from SunWave, so this indicates the cable works just fine.

    Has anyone out there got any experience with this device?
