5031 7 Day Clock

Has anyone had problems getting the 5031 Clock to work?

I have the unit turning on/off correctly on the LCD indication but the loads behave erraticly. Looking at the application log shows the load ramp to 100% even if the unit is programmed for 35% and the turn off signal appears to not even be presented to the bus. The LED on the clock unit correctly indicates the state of the load regardless of whether it is controlled by the clock unit or the neo switch allocated to the same load.

All of the bus cabling is terminated to a central Krone box and I have isolated the clock unit to a direct connection to this point to eliminate any cabling problems but have now run out of ideas on how to further isolate this fault.

Any advice appreciated before I try to send the unit back....

 

Ok I finally have this sorted and it was all my fault....

I was using the dimmer function instead of setting up a custom function to to recall the required level on a short press...
