I've had a 5031TS sitting there for a while doing nothing, but now I have the eDLTs, we have a way of displaying that temperature. Or so I thought.

The manual states you can drop the value (the temperature) onto a group address - my thoughts were do that and then read that value for display on the eDLT.

Or am I barking up the wrong tree and it can't be done?

Had a quick look, yep not sure how the old 5031TS works with the new eDLT.

I'd say that doesn't and that it's an old unit which is now obsolete as there is a new Temp sensor that looks the same with the part number 5031RDTSL-WE

If you load this in the toolkit database you will see that it gives you the option to set the mode to measurement, where you can then give it an I'd, this will then work with the eDLT.

    Hope this helps.

I actually wanted an outside temp measurement - so I'll prob look elsewhere for a feed into my system. The internal temp unit is way overkill for that.

Ok even better 5104DTSI would be a better fit in that case.

4 channel temp sensor with probes.
