    i AM ABOUT TO BUY OLD 5100PC RS232 TO C-BUS INTERFACE, IF ANYONE COULD TELL ME IF THEY EXPEREINCED ANY PARTICULAR PROBLEMS OR PARTICULAR HARDWARE IT WON'T WORK WITH. STEPHEN

    There is nothing wrong with these, except that the firmware is likely to be old, so not all current PCI modes are supported...

    I can't imagine it could be expensive, so there's probably not a lot to lose. That said, if it's the one I just found that currently on ebay, there is also a 5500PC listed which looks like it is recent production, and is even cheaper.

    PS : Maybe you can get them to throw in a new keyboard as your caps lock key appears to be stuck :)

    Thanks Nick for that info, i might give it a go.

    I think the 5500pc will go for a bit more than the 5100pc.
