We have a few of each of the above.
Connected to one of the Relays are a few Exhaust fan/lights in the bathroom.
One of the fans had a blown glode (100W 240v screw in), all else was still working.

    We had a few spare globes 1 x 70w halegon 240v and 1 x 40w 12v globe, both screw in types.
Mistakingly the 12v globe was screwed in and promptly blew when switched on.
This was then replaced with the 70w 240v globe.
    When swithed on, nothing happened.
After swapping globes with other units to test I found that nothing plugged into that relay and also one of the dimmers would work.
So, it would seem that these 2 units are now not working.

I started up Toolkit which found these units and I could save changes to these units (database and unit itself).
I even clicked reset unit for the relay in toolkit and re-input the data.

If I turn on one of the fans I can hear the relay click, same when I turn it off.

So on one hand they seem to work but then nothing happens when a unit is switched on.

Is there anything else I can check/test before trying to source replacements?

I would look for a breaker (or fuse) supplying the 240V to the loads and at least test the supply for the loads on the relay.
Especially since a fault on one relay channel has affected the dimmer unit as well.
It's hard to imagine it could be anything else.

    Thanks a million.
    You guys are the best.

I just went and checked the circuit breakers for the lights and 1 was tripped.
    Reset it and all working.

The question is, WHY DID I NOT THINK OF IT??

    Regards
    Martin

    Glad to help.
I bet the relay survived the trauma too.
