    Guys,

One of these dimmer units has failed in my home system after a recent blackout. Is it possible to get them repaired. Or would anyone out there have a working version they has surplus to requirements?

Can this be swaped for a more recent version?

Failed units can be returned to Clipsal for repair. If it's under warranty costs incurred should be minimal, if anything. If it's not under warranty then you'll be charged either repair or replacement costs.

The 5104D750 dimmer is a fairly old dimmer design, but they are generally very reliable, so if it's served your requirements thus far I'd be inclined to stick with it and get it repaired/replaced. There haven't been any design updates done to this dimmer for a long time, so a more recently manufactured unit may not be any different to the one you have now.
