5500PACA problem

    We encountered a strange problem on Pascal controller in at lease 3 projects. Sometime the PAC can run into "disorder" status, keeps sending out rubbish group on/off commands, until a power cycle to fix it.

    Model : 5500PACA
    PCI : v5.4.0
    FIRMWARE : v3.6.0

    Any hints? Thanks!

    This is a very old version of firmware, so you could try upgrading to V3.60.0

    There is a problem (which will be fixed in the next release) where using the following logic commands causes odd problems:
    • GetCBusGroupAddress
    • GetCBusLevelAddress

    Other than that I am not aware of any problems that cause the symptoms you have described. We would really need a lot more details before it is possible to provide useful feedback.
