5508D1A Series Local Overrides

    The local override buttons are green when then circuit load is switched on. But today on a project we are looking at maintaining I saw one local override showing RED. Not seen this before and can't see anything in the documents to say what this means. Is the unit damaged ?? channel overload ??
    Any ideas ??

    Are you sure it wasn't a L5504D2U Universal Dimmer? The channel LEDs on the universal dimmers will change colour depending on if it has a leading (green) or trailing (orange) edge load connected.

    Yes it's a L5508D1A and the indicator was def RED.
