5753 Multi Sensor

    I'am trying to install a 5753 sensor to the network.After re-addressing the unit it still comes up "Unit not found at this address on network".I have power to the unit and both red & blue led's are on.I have also changed units over with the same result.It is not in learn mode.Any suggestions please.

    Sounds like a comms problem. Can you communicate with other devices on the network fine? Only 1 network burden? Have you tested the unit on a small network? Will a regular key unit communicate fine if installed in that location? Using the latest Toolkit from the web?

    Suggest you go through a range of basic checks first and it that proves un-fruitful you contact Technical Support.

    Thanks for your help.I was using Toolkit Version 1.17.As soon as I installed Version 1.21 it picked the sensor up straight away and is working.I will have to keep up with the upates.
