Swapping over a few hundered 5753L & Multi-sensors (5753PEIRL) currently. Seems that I cant reinstall from FW 2.3.00 to 2.4.00 with 5753L.
At least the 5753PEIRL works tho... :)

    Hi there, which Toolkit version?

I believe this operation should work in Toolkit 1.11.9 or later.

    Hi Daniel,

    Using 1.11.10.

Get error during transfer for 5753L only 5753PEIRL works fine..
Oddly the serial number changes in the database, after error. Unit settings groups, name etc do not.

Please let me know if you need more info.

PS - please try this for a workaround:

    1. Click 'Reinstall'. This will throw an error, but it will have given the newly added unit the right address.
    2. Open the database unit. This will perform a conversion.
    3. Save unit programming (to both database and network).

    Hi Daniel ,

Yep that's exactly what I did. Gets a bit tedious after a few hundred times.
    :)

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. A minion has been flogged (hopefully it was the right one).
