A Dim anomoly

    I was just doing some preliminiery testing on a job which has just been fitted off and noticed something strange whilst turning groups on and off using toolkit. On 2 seperate dimmers I could turn on 6 out of 8 channels using toolkit, but could not turn 2 channnels on each unit on or off using toolkit. The unit is working fine in practice though as there is a button on the Ctouch programmed to turn that channel on/off and is working fine. This is not areal problem as everything is working fine live, but I would just like to know if anyone has any idea why I could not control the load from my PC. Would like to nib any potentail problem ASAP.

    Fix

    Found a short in the neutral on one load of the dimmer, repaired and everything working fine from c-bus and from my PC. Not sure why but t is all good.
