Access with Phone Internet?

    Hi guys,

    I've set up my Wiser 2 and am now trying to access my lighting via the app outside my LAN. Strangely, I can only connect to the app if I'm on a Wifi network. However if I use my mobile phone's cellular 4G Internet it does not work. This was not an issue on my previous Wiser 1 system.

    Please can anyone advise what I'm doing wrong.

    EDIT: My iPhone has mobile data ticked for Wiser 2, so that isn't the problem.

    It's your ISP blocking ports, they say their not but they are.
    Try using port 443, works fine
