Air Conditioning System

My client has a Geo Thermal system in their house that I am trying to integrate onto the C-Bus system.

I have already setup the floor heating on the C-Bus system, and it works great, but now am trying to work out how I will be setting up the Air conditioning side of things.
I have a 4 zone thermostat with on board relays, that is reading the Living room temperature sensor.
The Air con system runs on the following setup:
G - Fan (which needs to be activated when heating or cooling)
O - Cooling
Y - Heat/Cool (which also needs to be activated when either heating or cooling)
W - Heat

I have had the thermostat wired up, programmed and working, but I must have got something wrong because it would not switch out of heat mode.

Any help would be very much appreciated with the wiring of the relays to the set up in the programming.
