All lights turning on randomly

    Have a client who claims her lights + fans are all turning on randomly. I know about the remote on off scenario but is there any other possibilities? What’s the best way to tackle this fault.

    Run the diagnostic utility. Ask them to write down the time lights come on randomly. Look at the logs. If there is nothing in them, it's probably a remote on/off issue. Otherwise the diagnostic utility will tell you the culprit.
