    What starts the image, if I have it set to loop once how do i restart it ??
    Even a refresh of images does not restart it, what I want to do is;
    every time the user clicks on the image it runs once

    If an animated image is used to show a component status, then it will re-animate when the state changes.

    An image placed on a page will re-animate each time the page is displayed.

    If I set the image to an on/off, changing the state does not re-animate, but if I put the same image into a on/off button the image re-animates as the button chnges.
    So looks like it has to go into a button.

    tks

    That is correct. I didn't explain it very well in my previous post.

    "Drawimage" does not show it as an animated imager either.
    It shows as below
