    2 new undocumented features

    Hi All
have noticed 2 new features in Toolkit 1.11.0

first (exercise from basic training - 'master off' )

using an 8 key neo, put the group ' master off ' into key group 7 ( as per exercise)
    set function to on/off

    save and close

open neo again and edit key funtions to be
    S.P idle
    S.R idle
    L.P Ramp Off
    L.R idle

now notice the function of key group 7 has changed to "unused"

    save unit and close
reopen and look at key functions.... all now are set to idle...

assume its the same for all...

    Second

when you have toolkit open and running
and then open piced, when you go into toolkit to edit any unit ( change groups on a switch etc, toolkit crashes..
even when piced is not 'connected' to cbus
only being used to check groups etc..

    ideas guys?

    Cheers :)

    Hi Brett,

The first issue is now in the defect tracking database with the ID #18717.

Regarding PICED and Toolkit 1.11.0 not being happy together... we are aware of the issue and the team is working on this right now. For the next few weeks until Toolkit 1.11.1 is out please try to avoid using Toolkit and PICED at the same time on the same project(s). If you can't avoid this and you are getting exceptions and errors in Toolkit, go to the menu Projects and select Refresh menu item. This will sort out exceptions until the next Tookit or PICED restart.

    Regards,
    George
