have 6 x 5104r 4 channel 20a relays controlling contactors connected to highbays
    1 x 5100PS power supply
    1 x 5031N switch
    1 x 5500PACA

at the moment I have the 5031N switch turning of 3 x 5104R relays at night (touch on, touch off) & everything is working ok.

What I was wondering is it possible to have the 5031N turn all the lights off as another function, or would it be best to have another switch to turn all the lights off.

Keeping in mind that the people using the switch are all possibly brain dead!

Since you have a 5500PACA, anything is possible, and it would be possible to make it do as you wish.

You say that you have a 5031N turning toggling the lights on and off when you press it, but then you say that you are considering adding another switch to turn the lights off?

Do you have other lights that are not controlled by the 5031N?

After working with brain dean people for quite a few years, it would be safer to put in a switch that will turn everything off if it is anything more than turn three on turn all off. If you don't you will always get the question "How do I turn them all off?" or somehow someone will stuff it some magical way that you have to fix it again.

    KISS

What exactly do you want to do - turn on three and turn all (6) off, turn on three turn off three and turn off all at some specific time range during the day/night?

As Newman said - with a PACA you can do just about anything. Set a group and have the PACA do some tasks based on that groups value (like a scene almost).
