Any tips or tricks for connecting to Wiser remotely?

    I've forwarded ports 8336 + 8337 to the Wiser as specified in the manual for remote project transfer. When I try to connect it just errors out after a long (5 minute ish) wait time. Wiser has "Remote Access - Project Update Enabled".
