    Hi There,

I want to trigger some scenes from my alarm panel (Ie. Lights out on exit delay, Lights on on entry delay).

I have an L5504AUX input, and PGM outputs on the panel that can be programmed. The PGM outputs on the panel are 12v outputs - will this work with the L5504AUX given they're isolated inputs? Or do I need some kind of dry-contact relay converter.

    Thanks

The 5504AUX has dry contact inputs so you cannot connect any voltage source to it. The simplest solution would be to drive a relay from the alarm panel and connect the relay contacts to the 5504Aux.

It is possible to drive the 5504AUX from open collector drivers if you have a common earth (which the panel would have), but that is an advanced options and you would have to decide if you had the skills to attempt it.
