B&W mk1 IR control problem

    My mate Beaker has a problem,

    he has a customer that wants to control a load from a IR remote via a B&W mk1 touch screen.

    it works ok in simulation mode

    when loaded to a touch screen it works once (ie if the load is on it turns off or if it's off it turns on) but then nothing.

    it has acted the same when loaded to a second touch screen

    the customer sent us the file and it works ok in the office both in simulation and when loaded.

    Ideas anyone?

    Firmware Version?

    Hi Uncle,

    Are the screens at both locations running the same firmware version? There was an issue in 5000CT v3.0.0 / 3.1.0 where the first IR press worked, but after that it never worked again.

    This was fixed quite a while ago, the latest version (3.13.0) should be fine!
