B&W touch screen faulty

    I have a client who has a B&W Touch screen stuck on initialising.
    Anyone had this problem before. I am waiting for the special cable before I can connect to it to see whats wrong.

    Had a number of them do the same thing over a few years. After power disruption normally.
    All have successfully booted up after cycling power, sometimes takes a few attempts

    Had same problem disconnect c bus from rear of unit for 30 secs and power on and all should be fine
