B&W Touchscreen firmware download

    One of my customers has just attempted a firmware download to a B&W touchscreen, during the download his installation suffered a power failure. The result is a touchscreen that is "dead", except for a continuous clicking sound.
    What do we do now to get it back up and running?:(

    Hi Florence,

    The 5000CT will tick when its application firmware is corrupt, but the monitor (little bit of firmware that talks to PICED) is still intact. This is exactly as expected if power is removed during firmware upgrade.
    It's not a problem though, the unit is still fine. Just download the firmware again.
