If I have 6 motorised blinds in the one room, can all of these be controlled by a single blind controller?

This rather depends on the type of blind motors you are using.

If they are 240V tubular motors with a common and 2 actives (one up and one down) they cannot be connected in parallel. Because of the way the motors are connected internally if they are connected in parallel and one blind hits its limit stop first (which will always happen), current spikes flow from the moving blind back into the stopped blind and will cause it to travel in the opposite direction briefly. This will eventually destroy the motor. You could use isolating relays controlled by a single shutter relay but individual control is the way to go using scenes to group the blinds.

If they are low voltage (12v or 24v) DC blind motors they can be connected in parallel.

Alpha Blinds make 240v motors that can be parallel wired.
