BW c-touch schedule issue

    Hi all

    I have an issue with a bw touch screen where, when I select the schedule page and go to change a time and the choose to exit via the "back" button, it does not always pick up the keypress.

    I thought the issue may have something to do with the screen calibration. I go through the motions of calibration and am told that calibration has failed.

    Any ideas?

    If the calibration has failed, it is usually due to you not being sufficiently accurate. Use a stylus and press exactly on the X. See if that helps.

    Thanks Darren,

    The unit is at a client's house so I will try that when I go there this week and let you know if that makes a difference.

    Is there any way that the 'back' button could be made bigger, I have looked and could not find anywhere where the font size or any customisation in the scheduling page could be applied.

    Currently it is not possible, but it has been increased in the next (unreleased) version of the C-Touch firmware. It will be a couple of months before this is released though.

    Just to let you know that I did the calibration with a stylus this time and it calibrated succesfully.
    The back button is now responding properly.
