    Situation:-
    1 x C-bus network
2 x 5400 C-Bus enabled alarm systems (one for functionality / one for show customers)
    Toolkit shows both systems
Piced widget only allows interaction with one system.
Years ago a C-bus guru came to site and was able to separate the two units.
We have recently had construction works and now in the process of recommissioning the units aren't doing what they need to do.
Unit 1 is not arming via the keypad or via the Piced widget (Wiser). I can put it in monitor state and I can also disarm but not arm.
    Any ideas?
    Regards
    Brad

In my experience working with the C-Bus security application, there can only be one C-Bus security panel on a network, as there is no concept of a panel ID.

The cbus security application ($D0) only supports a single alarm system. You can program the 5400 to send events on a lighting application and send lighting compatible commands from cbus to arm and disarm it. I imaging that's how it was done. Have a look at the cbus output definitions in the second alarm panel, then just create matching commands in PICED.

    Thanks guys.
Lost track of how we got it working.
But potentially Alarm1 was only looking after Area1 and its zones
Alarm2 was looking after Area1 & Area2 and all the zones.
    Alarm2 definitely had C-bus enabled.
Alarm1 may have or may not have, but definitely does now
    So wallah somehow problem fixed:rolleyes:
