Hi, Just after some advice in regards to issues I am having with my system. I have lights that are randomly turning on and off and often when I try and turn a light on or off the switch LED just blinks and nothing happens. I understand there can be so many possible causes but any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Click the diagnostics button and check you have clock enabled on at least one device - ideally 2 or 3.
You should also typically have burden enabled on one but no more devices unless you have a physical burden installed on the network.

Also click on your network (usually 254) on the left tree and check the information on the right says OK and there is sufficient current available.

If all your lights are turning on and off then also check nothing is shorting any of the green or brown core inside the pink cbus cable as these serve as "all on" and "all off" signals.

Failing that. Try and simplify your network by disconnecting as much as possible, getting a basic network working and adding things gradually until the problem appears.

You have a unit with a bad PSU. See my other post today for diagnostic process to find the unit. The lights are reacting to older messages that didn't get through.
