C Bus Relay working but no power to unit

    My C Bus is working perfectly on all channels except for one where the relay is working, the blue light on the panel reflects, but no power is received at the unit. Any idea of the solution ?

    Hi Brad
    For something simple it could be a faulty light bulb or a tripped circuit breaker.
    Double check those first.

    Failing that you should get someone qualified to come around and investigate.
