Just curious, is Lonwok the restaurant version of LonWorks? :)

You'll probably need some type of protocol adapter type device. I see Nick Rusanov might have done something like that and I think there was some discussion of using a PAC for that purpose. http://www.cbusforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1226 and

All solutions that C-Bus offers for integration with industry standards (like ModBus, LON or BACnet) are either very strange, need a computer or hard to find and poorly documented

Support people think that it may only be used in big building automation and offer you Citect SCADA (C-Lution) or very expensive C-Bus OPC Server software. But if you know they are wrong and want to directly integrate C-Bus home with networked conditioners, ventilation, power genetators etc. then:

    1. You may try Xenta913 from TAC (as in video above). There is a good document that describes it: http://clipsal.ru/files/xenta_913.pdf

This solution is LONworks only and you need Xbuilder software. You will also get big problems with getting Xenta913 and programming it if you are not an existing TAC client.

    2. Or you may try using WAGO or Beckhoff automation controllers, which have LON interface and can translate it into RS232 and PACA (http://www.cbusforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5222). You will need to know this equipment and have version of CodeSys the software. But you will be able to use WAGO to integrate not only with LON, but also ModBus, EnOcean and other useful standards.

Noone loves C-Bus as I do, but I think this is the only major disadvantage of C-Bus at the moment
