    Their solution is the buy an SHAC. Unfortunately Schneider doesn't have the same commitment to supporting superseded equipment as Clipsal used to.

    My 5200WHC2 was installed Nov 2017 - I see that the 5500SHAC marketing was Jun 2017... grrr

    I can't find info on what OS/Stack is being used on 5500SHAC - is it still Flash?
    Is there still a crappy requirement to port-forward control channels through firewalls?

    CBus Toolkit is Windows only software and there is no escaping that.
    When it comes to programming CBus units use the local CGate.

    The situation with your Wiser and EDLT sounds frustrating.
    I’ve never used those products but you should keep pursuing your installer and Clipsal for a reasonable outcome.
    For a basic remote access solution check out Homebridge if you are an IOS user.
