C-Gate V2 Setup application note?

    Apologies if I've missed something obvious as I'm fairly new to C-Bus...

    The "Commands For The C-Gate Command Interface" document (http://www.cbusforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1978) refers to another document "C-Gate V2 Setup application note" - I've been unable to find this latter document anywhere - can someone give me a pointer in its direction please.
