    Hi guys,

I have a 5000C-TouchColour2 panel. Once PICED has ceased find the panel on the network. PC and CTC in the same subnet
The network settings of the panel displays only the address type "Static IP" and MAC-address

When I try to enable DHCP gets out error

The use of "Static ip" and "Direct Connect" don't change anything. LEDs on the side and front ports do not respond to the connection of the cable.
I tried to connect CTC directly to the PC, the same result

To c-bus connects without any problems.
    HomeGate ver. 4.12.1

    Thanks,
    Evgeny

Try and power cycle the CTC.

You might have to do this several times.

If that fails then you will have to try and navigate through the windows control panel to disable and then re-enable the network adaptor.

This is some kind of strange behaviour in Windows XP (Embedded). It is not repeatable (that is, it happens but nobody can make it happen when they want to). The cause and a cure are unknown.

    Thanks for the advice, ashleigh

I already tried what you suggested

Maybe, I can test the ports another way?
