    Hi All,

Recently installed a colour touch screen at home, updated from a B & W. Pretty new to all these concepts. Has been working fine until the other night when it crashed. Once back on line updated 3.7 firmware etc...and reloaded project.

Problem: Ramping lights off. I have various controls ramping to preset value 0% over period on groups, and scenes also ramping to 0% on multiple groups. Since the crash the lights do not ramp all the way off, they remain on slightly, so I checked the dimmer and noticed the minimum values had been slightly raised (some how?). Consequently i returned them to 0% minumum and saved, assuming this would solve the problem. No go, they still remain on slightly. If i ramp from my DLT to preset 0%, goes off completly!!

I am reasonably new to all this, but i have been scratching my head on this one, any ideas or am i missing something??

Have you got to the bottom of this?
I also have the same the same problems since I upgraded to the latest firmware and PICED a week or so ago.
I have had the CTC with current setup since October last year, with the scenes working faultlessly, up till now. I have a number of scenes controlling 20-30 circuits which ramp up as programmed. I have a "good night" scene which ramps these circuits down to zero - or it used to. Now, since the upgrade, it ramps down to almost off (could be 1%) but not all the way to zero. A second push of the "good night " switch switches it all off. Also if I trigger a CTC scene from another switch (DLT or Saturn) again it does not ramp down to zero. A second push of the key then takes it to zero.
I have checked the dimmers and none have changed in their configuration.
The scene settings on PICED have remained unchanged.
The thread referred to above is about how dimmer switches work on the CTC - the problem I have (and I believe you have) is with scenes not being able to ramp to zero

It looks like there is a problem with the ramp to level 0 option. Generally we recommend that this be switched off anyway. To fix your problem :
    1. Open your project in PICED
    2. Open the Project Details form
    3. Select the C-Bus Options Tab
    4. De-select "Ramp Groups to Level 1 then send Off" check box.
    5. Save the project
    6. Transfer the project to the colour C-Touch
