I have a very strange situation with a new C-Touch (V3). It functioned perfectly for about a week after installation in a new house. Then it began losing the C-Bus connection intermittently (displaying the No C-Bus symbol in the top-left corner). It then continually tries to re-connect and eventually succeeds, until it drops out again.

Unsurprisingly, the C-Touch does not operate any groups while the No C-Bus symbol is showing.

Just now, while the No C-Bus symbol was displayed, I started up Toolkit, and was surprised to see the C-Touch present in the network. I can open the UI, check the Status, type something in the notes and save it to the database and the network.

I will set the logs running, but I would love to understand how I can see and talk to the C-Touch when it thinks it is not connected.

    Thanks, Lee.

C-Bus Toolkit is using C-Gate to open/scan the network and hence talk to the unit. However the unit itself which is running its own PICED project is trying to communicate with the C-Bus Network but is having issues communicating, The the display of the Not Connected symbol and the reconnection attempts.

Please send your logs to Clipsal enable level 9 logging in the C-Gate config file prior to logging, also can you send your C-Bus Toolkit project your C-Touch project and any C-Touch logs.
