C Touch Mark 2

    Hi
    just spent the day programming TC
    I had uploaded and tested
    About to save and file one last time when client
    wanted a small change which I did
    Then on uploading changes about half way the
    power cord is turned off
    The screen is then hung in the please programme state
    I thought no prob I will just upload again
    However my last programme save is empty or corrupt due to download issue(F..K)
    I have looked everywhere but cannot find and am unable to retrieve
    from TC
    Is there anywhere the file may have saved to
    Otherwise the only other file I have is from half way
    where most is missing my programme missing
    I have one other file but all the images are missing ??

    Hard reset, call Clipsal support they will walk you thru it, it is a bit of a PITA.
