C-Touch Problem

    I have just received and tried to program my replacment touch screen and am having difficulties. On start up the screen displays the wording " This unit has not been configured. It needs to be configured before it can be used ". When I try to transfer project the program transfers but a information display comes up stating " An internal error has occured ".

    Any suggestions as I am about to ditch the whole touch screen idea and put in several DLT's.

    I haven't heard of this happening before. What version of PICED are you using ?

    I am using the current version of Piced. On the top of the information box it does say C-Bus V2.0. If that is any help.

    It is possible that there is some aspect of your project which is causing a problem for PICED. Can you send a project archive to CIS Tech Support with a description of how to make the problem occur ?
