Got a problem with a remote C-Touch were the timer in the logic section is too short.
Is there any way for the user to get to the timer value or some way of turning off the logic until it can be reload with changed value.

Could you trigger a second timer once the first one reaches a set max level?
This would double the available timer period - how long a time are you looking for?

That is ok if yot have access the the unit but thats the poblem - as soon as I get access to unit and can fix, just need a fix until then.

If your tools page has a button to open the logic editor, the user could do it from there. Otherwise, you are stuck :(

The Special Function to show the logic editor is not a part of the standard template. This is something you don't normally want the users to mess around with. It is sometimes a good idea to put these sort of things on a page which is only accessible to the installer (via a password) for emergencies.

    Darren,
Going out to site to download changes - shame I could not do V4 at same time now revisit going to cut into my Xmas social schedules.
Guess u would need a keyboard plug into the unit to change the logic, wood be nice to be able to just expose the timers to the user, there is an idea for v5.

    tks

If there are logic properties which you want the user to be able to edit, you should use User System IO Variables and provide the user with components to edit them. That is precisely what they are for.

Sometimes it is hard to know in advance what the user is going to want to change though :(
