C-Touch Update Issue

Hi all. I need some insight, please?
We have a client with V3. Colour touch screen, running software version 4.12.1.0.

Trying to download some minor changes with PICED V4.14.0 forces me to download a new firmware package (CTouch_Colour_4_14_0_120), and I'm not able to download the project file without doing this.

The firmware update seems to happen without issues as it runs through the process on the screen, but upon restart the unit still has Homegate 4.12.1.0
This same thing happens on another test unit (exact same credentials) we have in the office.

Info from PICED:
PICED version: 4.14.0.120
Server version: 2.12.3.0
Homegate version: 4.12.1.0
OS: 5.1.2600 Service Pack 3

Any ideas will be welcomed.

I have seen some issues with the touchscreens using v14 of piced.
After downgrading to 3.13.1 they work fine
If you need i can try a downgrade for you, just email me a copy of your project directory. I can the recreate it on a new cf card and post that out to you. Alternatively you can dl piced v3.13.1 from the clipsal site and use that.

I'm going to see if I can try the downgrade PICED version first, and will keep in contact.

Many thanks, again, for your assistance with the issue I experienced with the CTC3 screen.
I managed to find the older PICED software online, installed it and connected to the screen without any problems.
Also managed to download the edited file that I needed.

Does anyone have a link to where we can get this older version (3.13.1)? SE in their wisdom took down all of the software archives assuming nobody would ever need them again.
