You have to use Toolkit. Toolkit can connect to a remote instance of C-gate as per this tutorial: http://www.cbusforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=628

How to install JRE under linux?(jre1.3.x)

    It works!Thank you,richo!
I know C-gate need JRE to run,but the tar file(1.3.x) download from http://www.sun.com/java/ website can't run,it seems like can't find some lib file.
the JRE1.4.0 later can run,but it's so big that I can't copy to the linux system(a embeded linux system).
would you like give me some more advices ?
