    Hi,

Is it possible for wiser to send an image from a camera via email?

If so any hints would be welcome!

    Thanks!

Most IP cameras support this via their own internal software, so why need wiser to do this?

    Hi,

Good question - c-bus knows when our doorbell is pressed and displays an image from the camera on a colour c-touch, I'd also like this image emailed.

    Any help would be great!

    Best,

    -Philip

Ok well i believe it is possible but not via wiser, but via your ctouch.. Utilising some of the logic functionality you should be able to get it to grab the still image from the ip camera, and send it to a email address... In theory...Actually getting it to work however is a different story...

Axis /acti Cameras have IO on them

you can then use this to send an email.

some one presses the door bell you send a signal to the camera on the IO line and it takes a small video and emails it to you
