Can you buy this as a spare part ?

    I need to add some 3rd party temp sensors so they look consistent would like to use clipsal plates. Can you buy this as a spare part ??

    Hi Charlie Crackle

    That sensor cover looks very similar to something I have seen in the past.

    I would ask around some air-conditioning suppliers and see if they are familiar with it.

    Given that it is tooled and moulded by Clipsal, anything else would not be identical. Having said that, it may be close enough for your purposes.

    If you do a Google search for Plastic Thermostat Guard you'll find lots of likely contenders that are probably close enough.

    How Many?

    How many do you need Charlie? I got a bag of blank thermostat plates ages ago for a job using a clipsal minder and under floor heating. They will be in my shed so may be impossible to find but you never know...
