This has happened a few times, so hopefully posting it will help some others out there. We have had a few calls from people trying to connect to their Colour C-Touch unit via the "direct connect" method and having problems. This specific problem is that the "Find the c-Touch wizard " continually returns back to the "looking for ctouch" screen and that the IP number offered between the wizard and the C-Touch unit are nothing alike. In both instances it was found that when the wizard prompted the programmer to select their network adaptor from the "available adaptors list", the programmer had selected their "wireless network" adaptor. Once they had correctly selected their "wired" ethernet adaptor, (adjustable in the CTCclient.exe transfer utility), the unit was then found by the wizard.
