Cbus status from ipad

I try my ipad workswith wiser.
When i touch lamp in my ipad, light turn on and switch status also.
But if i trigger lamp from my switch , ipad did not show lamp status.

It is normal or not ?

Do any status from any of the networks work on your wiser?

Hello Vincent. Been away from the computer for few days but as Roosta posted, can you tell us some more about your network layout? It may be as simple as a setting in your network bridges or even what settings you have for the widget in Wiser.

Vincent has advised me that he has 8 networks all connected via network bridges and a single back bone.. Wiser cni is connected to top of back bone..

I have requested confirmation that normal status updates are occuring across the networks..

Wiser is working.. When accessed from web browser on pc loads can be controlled and ipad icons respond accordingly but when a input device activates light ipad status does not update..

Vincent, in your piced project have u got projector control ticked in project details..

Vincent are you using network bridges or cnis between ur cbus and your back bone?

If network bridges do you have any cbus power unit on the backbone?

If using cnis how exactly have you got wiser connected?

i use network bridges ... you can see on my picture with crossing box,
yes.. i already put 1 power supply , my CNI led status ( orange) is workin great

wiser connected behind CNI, so it would like this , wiser,CNI, then backbone

I would suggest using the C-Bus Diagnostic Utility on the backbone network to see if the messages you are expecting to see are getting to the backbone network.

 

Vincent.. I believe you need to look at your networks it does not sound like you have configured them correctly.. This could be difficult in such a large installation..

Once each network has the same group addresses then you need to configured network bridge to allow communications both ways between networks..

I believe this will resolve your problem..

I already fill adjection features in network bridges, communication from ipad >wiser>cbus network is OK, i can trigger lamp on from ipad, schedule also goes well.
The probleme is status on my ipad, icon status doesn't update. When on actual location lamp is ON,

Maybe its right that i have to check massage at backbone by 5100na

What do you mean? Just restart the wiser or i have restart all cbus , to restart cbus i need workk permit,cause all building lamp will be shutdown .

The question if message doesn't reach backbone, in other hand networkbridges already setting to delivere(adjection), so what i should have to do next ?

Hi Guys .. Threat closed

after i use cbus diagnostic... i found that message not delivered to backbone network...
try to find anything wrong in installation and also network Bridge configuration...
at the end ....
i finally found that NB has wrong setting at far side ( adjection feature not set correctly ) ,

just share to you guys ... there are two face, near and far side. just reminding that we have to set 2 times, first for near , then far side.
setting in near side .. doesn't automatically made same at far one.
cbus already design for several features use regarding this.
