    Hi all,

Have had my CBUS system installed for nearly 2 years now and I love it. :)

I have a rather simple question.

I am after a simple open/close CBUS switch for installation into a door - like a reed switch.

Simple application - just want the lights to turn on when the door is open. I already have an outdoor CBUS "Light sensor" / Motion Detector (sorry cant remember the product number to be more specific). But i thought I could somehow program the lights to come on when the door is opened and it is "dark" outside according to the "light sensor".

    Thanks in advance.

The product you're looking for is a C-Bus Bus Coupler. These are designed for connecting external contacts (e.g. reed switch) to C-Bus.

The Bus Coupler is designed for being fitted into small spaces with short wires between it and the input contact. If you need longer wiring runs between the contact and the unit then you can use the DIN Auxiliary Input unit instead.
