Cgate connection error

    Hi, I'm trying to connect remotely with toolkit v1.12.18 to cgate v2.9.5 and keep getting the following error in toolkit.

    Error - 105001

    Cancelled connection to specified server

    The connection to CGate was cancelled as CGate failed to meet the connection requirements.
    Connection was disallowed for the following reason "API version for category "obj-unit" failed to meet requirements. Minumum required version is 1.8 actual version is 1.7"

    Check if you have two C-Gate versions running. The software usually makes sure only one is running but occasionally if an installation hasn't gone well a second one starts but isn't able to bind to the port. A reboot usually clears that up. In extreme cases an uninstall and reinstall may be needed.
