    Hello,

When a certain project file is opened with PICED4.7.0, and Check Project is executed, the error window of Access violation is displayed.
I click OK of this window. and try again Check Project.
I/O error 32 is displayed. I click OK of this window. I/O error 103 is displayed.
As for this project file, the error is not displayed in Check Project of PICED4.6.1. Is Bug of PICED4.7.0?
Is there a method of normally executing Check Project with PICED4.7.0?

This might be problem reference #17571. It has only happened on two other projects that I know of. Can you send your project archive to Tech Support and get them to forward it to me?

We have traced this problem to having a web cam component bigger than half the screen in a project. This will be fixed in the next release.

Yoshi, if you do not have a web cam component, it might be another problem. In this case, you will still need to send your project archive to Tech Support so we can find the cause of the problem.

    Hello Darren,

Yes, I arranged cam components in my project.
Thank you very much for your information.

I experienced the trouble that Color C-Touch restart automatically. I had it several times. A different project operates by Color C-Touch that a different site is different. The same one was only to have made from PICED4.7.0.
    I feel PICED4.7.0 is unstable.
    :(

The only known cause of Colour C-Touch units restarting regularly when they shouldn't is if you transfer a project to a Colour C-Touch via Wiser. This problem has been fixed in PICED V4.7.1 which has just been released.

If you have not used this Colour C-Touch with Wiser, then please:
    1. Get the logs from Colour C-Touch (using the Transfer Utility)
    2. Archive your project
    3. Send the logs and archive to Clipsal Tech Support, along with details of the problem and get them to send it to me.

    Hello Darren,

I installed three Color C-Touch units at a same site in last week.
All three units have Japanese text data.
I collected logging data from these units today.
As BF and 2F units don't have logic.
    Only 1F unit have logic.
I found below message in log data of 1F unit.

03/09/2009 14:22:49 :HomeGate is not responding.
03/09/2009 14:22:49 :Attempting to Kill HomeGate
    03/09/2009 14:22:50 :Killed HomeGate successfully
03/09/2009 14:22:50 :Attempting to start HomeGate
    03/09/2009 14:22:56 :Started HomeGate successfully

I sent log data and archive data to CIS support.
Will you get it from CIS support?
Should i send it direct to you?
It is a 5Mbyte data. Because Japanese font data was added.
I don't know how to send it to you.

I'm very happy, if you tell me a cause of trouble.

    Thank you very much.

It is normal to get these messages in the log.

Were you having some sort of problem with the Colour C-Touch units?

The people in Tech Support will send it to me if they need my help to work out what is happening.

    Hello Darren,

Thank you very much for your comment.

    I saw a mysterious phenomenon.
The icon of the C-Bus cutting was suddenly displayed on the screen of one C-Touch, and the Network Configuration page went out afterwards.
I thought that the above-mentioned message was a record of that time.
Is it unquestionable for this phenomenon?

I updateded three C-Touch to 4.7.1 on last Saturday.
One C-Touch freezed it this Tuesday. It became like the Top screen though it touched.
I press the hardware restart button. There was no significant one though Log was acquired.

I will keep continue to check condition of these units.

Do you mean the icon showing C-Bus with a circle and a diagonal slash? This means that the Colour C-Touch is unable to communicate with C-Bus. The most likely causes are:
    1. C-Bus communications problems. Use the C-Bus Diagnostic Utility to check for lots of error messages.
    2. This can also occur if the Colour C-Touch is very busy. If the processor usage is high (around 80% or more), you might have problems. On the Colour C-Touch log, select the Show Usage option and leave it for a while. See what the typical processor usage is.

Did this happen after you updated to V4.7.1? We did fix a problem a bit like this in V4.7.1

The message you had in the log means that HomeGate had stopped responding to commands from the Colour C-Touch Server. This is not the same as C-Bus not communicating.
