Is there a way to stop circa renaming the trigger group action selector to the IR command name when dragging the ir command across. Without having to retype it back to the original name in the rename box ?

Circa should only rename a group if it uses the default group name "Group X" (where X is the number of the group) or if the existing name is the default name for an existing IR command it is replacing. If you have assigned a custom group name and Circa is renaming it then that is a bug.

I have a trigger control group name 'tv 1' this has action selectors 'Sky' 'SkyHD' 'CCTV' 'Imerge' when i drag the ir command over that will switch the HD switcher the action selector is renamed to the IR command name (So is this a bug)?

Also you cannot drag an ir command to an action selector with level 0 is this correct?

Sounds like a bug to me. (Beem do you want to confirm and log that?)

That is correct. Level zero is reserved for cancelling IR transmisisons.

So, if i trigger an action selector and leave it at that selector will the ir keep retransmitting or will it just send 1 blast and stop ?

It will send the number of blast configured. (can't remeber the name of the setting, it defaults to 4 I think). The cancelling is most often used when you set this to a high value to simulate ramping (e.g. volume control) and then want to cancel the transmission when they release the input (e.g. using a key switch set to a bell press)
